Introducing our Bronze Personalised Training Program, tailored for individuals dedicated to achieving their fitness goals through a customized and interactive approach. What’s Included:
• 2 week programme
• Customized Workout Plans: Based on your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle, we create a tailored program that evolves as you progress. Every workout is designed to challenge and transform your body efficiently.
• 1 One-on-One Live Call per week: Receive direct support from our professional trainer who will guide you every step of the way, ensuring extra support, motivation and accountability. One check up call per week (45 min call).
• Progress Tracking: Regular tracking to monitor your progress and adjust your training for continual improvement.
Includes an additional 45 minute consultation call.
